Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to deliver hands-on technical assistance, system maintenance, and troubleshooting for a variety of business clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Hours

Full-time, M-F 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with occasional on-call or weekend work

Pay

$50,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming service calls, document issues, and provide initial troubleshooting.
  • Resolve technical problems remotely or on-site when possible; escalate as needed.
  • Dispatch and manage service orders to ensure timely responses.
  • Verify billing and close service tickets accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and service documentation.
  • Follow workflow standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Support team members on projects and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support, networking, or desktop troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for client site visits.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
