Job Description

Seeking an experienced admin to assist the owner of a leading Hawaii design company! As the Inside Sales Admin you will track progress of projects, oversee correspondences, and organize sales paperwork.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative and who is customer service oriented. Previous admin or project coordinator experience is highly desired.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Responsibilities

  • Manage proposals and quotes.
  • Conduct follow-ups to manage incoming client requests.
  • Track progress of projects.
  • Handle correspondence.
  • Complete job site visits.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or project coordinator work experience highly desired.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, problem-solving skills. *Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different work environments as needed.
  • Ability to pass state/federal background check.
  • COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
