A local transportation company is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 to $27 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and update database systems.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory processes and minimize costs.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
