Pay

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Manage and schedule maintenance crews, ensuring every site meets our signature quality standards.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide hands-on training, safety coaching, and professional development to a team of 15.
  • Strategic Oversight: Monitor job costs, inventory, and equipment efficiency to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our work exceeds client expectations and adheres to safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in landscape maintenance or a related field, with proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of horticulture, turf management, and complex irrigation systems.
  • Leadership Skills: The ability to mentor others, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between crew needs and client expectations.
  • Professional Standards: Proficiency in landscape management software, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the physical stamina to conduct site visits and occasional hands-on work.
