Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY The Landscaper is responsible for ensuring that the property is always maintained in the best possible condition with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.

Essential Duties

• Work on your own performing tasks to upkeep the property and plants.
• Trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds.
• Botany knowledge and skills preferred.
• Operating and maintaining hand tools, such as loppers, saws, and shovels efficiently.
• Experience with water sprinkler systems (i.e. installing, fixing, and maintaining) preferred.
• Learn to use preventive maintenance devices.

Secondary Duties

• Perform other duties as requested by management/supervisors.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field required. - At least one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred. - Trade school and/or College coursework in related fields helpful.
