Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to jour our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care, keeping accurate records, and assisting patients with daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have their current Hawaii LPN license, current BLS, and 6 months of previous experience.

Location

• Honolulu, Oahu
• Kaneohe, Oahu

Pay

$28.46 to $39 an hour

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, patient records, and coordination of care with other providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with daily activities like bathing and dressing.
• Keep accurate and current patient records.
• Inform patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Carry out routine procedures such as wound care, catheter insertion, and blood sampling.
• Aide in diagnostic tests, prepare patients for exams, and support minor surgical procedures.
• Observe and document changes in patient conditions and report to the supervising RN or physician.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform basic life support (BLS) and CPR as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of previous experience.
• Current Hawaii LPN license.
• Current BLS.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
