As our Maintenance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our landscape design, installation, and maintenance operations. You'll lead a team of 15 dedicated professionals, ensuring that our clients' properties are always looking their best. Hours
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Kaimuki, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$50,000 to $75,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule landscape maintenance crews, ensuring efficient and high-quality work
- Act as a liaison between clients and staff, maintaining excellent communication and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address client concerns
- Monitor job costs, materials, and equipment usage to optimize operations
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet our company's exceptional quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscape maintenance
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf management, irrigation systems, and landscape tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and landscape management software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to perform occasional hands-on work as needed
