Job Description

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to partner with the Director of Facilities ensuring all building, grounds, equipment are well maintained and in good working order.

Walk-in applications are taken from 9am-2pm at our Aiea office (located in the Waimalu Shopping Plaza) and our Industrial office in Kaka'ako at 967 Kapiolani Blvd. There is plenty of free and easy parking right at our buildings!

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

• Light maintenance and repair on building and ground structures
• Assist with meeting vendors to complete repairs
• Use facility management software to document all work
• Assist with checking fire extinguishers and smoke alarms
• Assist with custodial and groundskeeping duties

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of Maintenance Technician experience
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must be able to pass Background check and TB clearance
• Positive attitude with the willingness to problem-solve
• Able to lift 50lbs ongoing basis
