Job Description

Seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy, customer-focused retail/service location. This position is responsible for leading and developing staff, delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory, and helping the store achieve its operational and financial goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working with both customers and employees and can effectively balance people management, customer service, operations, and financial performance. Various locations available on Oahu.

Full-time, 7:00am-4:00pm plus OT

$28 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Schedule employees, assign responsibilities, and follow up on work results.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store employees.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and guidance.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of service.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor expenses, budgets, sales, and overall store performance.
  • Review financial and sales information and take corrective action when needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
  • Help protect company merchandise, assets, employees, and customers.
  • Coordinate operational and personnel procedures to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Support company goals and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

  • Ability to think strategically while remaining actively involved in daily operations.
