Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$60,000 to $85,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Record, translate (English-Mandarin), and report all meeting notes to upper management.
  • Assist with marketing efforts related to project marketing planning, budgeting, and tracking.
  • Assist with event planning and event support.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP's and chairmen.

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Previous executive admin, marketing, and/or event coordination experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to shift priorities as needed.
  • Eager to learn.
