Job Description

Jo​in the ALTRES 'ohana and work for one of Hawaii's Best! Our Marketing team is looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to provide general clerical, administrative and production support. This is a hands-on position requiring a wide range of responsibilities, from updating job boards to picking up and delivering boxes.

Ideal candidates for this full-time opportunity must be sharp, detail oriented with a good attitude, do-all personality and strong verbal and written communication skills.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


  • Process and deliver print-on demand (POD) request.
  • Pick-up materials and supplies from storage and deliver to the appropriate dept.
  • Organize, inventory and clean supplies and support materials.
  • Scan and digitize various forms and historical items.
  • Assist in copying, collating, laminating as well as other copy and printing task.
  • Perform and update an inventory of marketing materials campaigns and projects.
  • Coordinate various fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and sales literature and gifts.
  • Assist in the production and updating of internal forms, sales materials, including sales, proposals, prospect documents, brochures, and promotional items via Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher).
  • Perform data entry task.
  • Coordinate involvement in community organizations and events.
  • Provide job fair and event support which could include planning, coordinating, setting up and breaking down of trade shows, seminars and events.
  • Assist in writing Staffing job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update the Staffing job library.
  • Assist other ALTRES divisions should the need arise.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
