Job Description

Seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator for a title company in Honolulu! The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing promotional items, communicating with clients, and creating content.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, on-call Friday evening & Saturday morning as needed


Honolulu, Oahu


  • Design postcards, flyers, and email newsletters for clients.
  • Produce marketing and promotional material.
  • Communicate with clients regarding their orders.
  • Provide estimated costs.
  • Bill clients and document payment.
  • Create content for staff biographies and flyers.
  • Send out notifications and invitations for meetings and events.
  • Prepare material for distribution.
  • Update and maintain events calendar.
  • Propose promotional ideas.
  • Create advertisements.


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator.
  • Good business writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be on-call Friday evenings and Saturday mornings to handle any incoming orders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or public relations in a business environment is preferred.
  • Marketing research and analyzing statistics experience.
  • Real estate sales background and/or completion of Hawaii Real Estate licensing course.
  • College degree in communications, marketing, or business.
