Marketing Manager / Account Exec (222922-14)
Lead the execution of client marketing strategies and coordinate the delivery of creative assets. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a keen creative eye, and a proven ability to build exceptional client relationships in a fast-paced agency setting. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams, including designers, copywriters, videographers, and photographers, to manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Pay
$65,000 to $72,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships as the main point of contact, leading meetings, maintaining communication, and aligning expectations with internal teams.
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, translating goals into plans, reviewing content/creative, and ensuring brand alignment.
- Track performance, timelines, and budgets while supporting strategy, staying current on industry trends, and reporting insights when needed.
- Develop creative briefs, review assets and copy, and ensure all work aligns with client goals and brand standards.
- Coordinate production by managing vendors and collaborating with creative teams to execute campaigns.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar platforms)
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Comfortable managing content and campaigns across Linkedin, Instagram,and Facebook
- Proficiency in Keynote or similar presentation software
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
- Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, managing initiatives from concept through execution with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and external vendors
