Our client is seeking a Marketing Proposal Manager to join their team and be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing proposals to secure new business opportunities. This role involves collaborating with various teams to gather information, analyze client requirements, and creating compelling proposals that align with the company's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have their bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$28 to $40 an hour

Responsibilities

• Plan events, community services, etc.
• Use design software to complete projects. Revise projects as needed.
• Size graphics for various media.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and finance teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with proposal objectives.
• Write and edit proposal content.
• Manage the proposal process from initiation to submission.
• Track proposal outcomes to find areas of improvement and enhance future proposal efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of proposal activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in marketing or similar field.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong editing and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
