A local real estate company is looking for a full-time Marketing and Communications Administrator. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work alongside the CEO, Government Affairs Director and the Director of Operations. The job duties include ensuring consistent use of image/branding, scheduling meetings, and developing marketing communications materials.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

$45,000 to $50,000 a year


  • Develop, design and implement marketing communications materials and projects including, website, marketing collateral (print and digital), e-newsletter, events and outreach materials.
  • Ensure consistent use of image/brand across all developed materials.
  • Compose simple to complex communication documents including letters, press releases, media alerts, website information, reports and presentation materials.
  • Arrange and schedule conference calls and phone interviews.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Prepare leadership team with background information as needed for interviews and/or comments to the media.
  • Assist the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Operations in the implementation of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partner with staff in all departments, to support project needs and specifications for each department, committee and events.
  • Review and assess projects to measure success, ROI efficiency, timelines and effectiveness and provide summary and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Assure that the CEO and staff are kept apprise of project status and that needed approvals from key staff and leaders are obtained via phone and email.
  • Assist with the implementation of projects related to public relations and member marketing and assure effective execution and proper program management.
  • Maintain department schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent related experience.
  • At least 3 years of applicable work experience in marketing, graphic design or related field.
  • Proficient with WordPress, InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Power Point.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
