Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 0730-1600, 0800-1630

Location

• Honolulu, Oahu
• Kaneohe, Oahu
• Aiea, Oahu

Pay

$20 to $30 an hour, Based on experience

Responsibilities

• Measure and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information accurately.
• Prepare patients for appointments and ensure exam rooms are stocked and sanitized.
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and handling patient communications.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens, administer medications or injections (as permitted), and support diagnostic testing procedures.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and basic clinical procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed a Nationally Accredited Medical Assistant Certification program.
• Front and back-office experience in a clinic or physician’s office.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ready to show your skills and complete our competency assessment during orientation.
