Job Description

A local non-profit is looking for a temporary admin to assist them. Their person is leaving at the end of the month, and they are looking for someone to assist them in the interim. The duties of this job include answering phone calls, data entry, and assisting the accounting department.

This is a great opportunity to gain administrative experience!

Qualified candidates will be able to start ASAP and be willing to learn new software.

Parking is provided.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$17 to $18 an hour


  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Assist with data entry.
  • Assist the accounting department with daily tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Accounts payable experience is beneficial, but not required.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new software.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills.
