A local nonprofit organization is seeking empathetic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a long-term temporary basis. They are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the local community and providing exceptional support to those in need of housing resources. Parking is provided.

Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm
Location
Iwilei, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist intake specialists in managing client inquiries and requests.
- Transition into performing intake specialist duties.
- Provide information and guidance on housing resources to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate various software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse communities and personalities.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous phone-based customer service experience is preferred.
