Pay

$20 to $26 an hour, depending on assignment and experience

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Assistant/CNA, you’ll help provide compassionate, dependable support to patients while assisting with their daily needs. Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing non-medical assistance with personal hygiene and daily activities
  • Preparing meals and assisting with food and fluid intake
  • Helping patients with ambulation and mobility
  • Taking and recording vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Accompanying patients to appointments and assisting with errands
  • Performing light housekeeping as needed
  • Monitoring patients and promptly reporting changes in condition
  • Answering incoming calls and relaying messages appropriately
  • Documenting and communicating relevant patient information
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Completion of a Nurse Assistant (NA) training program
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to patient care
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and care teams
