Office Admin Assistant (122855-04)A local company is seeking an Office Admin Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting office operations. Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm

Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to team members and assist with various office duties.
- Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Perform scanning tasks and maintain electronic records.
- Conduct data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documents.
- Interact professionally with team members, clients, and visitors.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Assist with additional office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
