Job Description

A local company is seeking an Office Admin Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting office operations. This is a temporary position that will run six months to a year.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to team members and assist with various office duties.
  • Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Perform scanning tasks and maintain electronic records.
  • Conduct data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documents.
  • Interact professionally with team members, clients, and visitors.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Assist with additional office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
