Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$23 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong administrative support to various departments.
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and events as needed.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in publication and advertising is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with the ability to maintain accuracy and speed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
