Job Description

Our client is looking for an individual with an accounting background to join their team as an Office Administrative Assistant. In this role, your main responsibility will be assisting with reconciling current documents to a new system. This is a temporary position that will start ASAP and last until October.

The ideal candidate will have previous accounting experience and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

$25 an hour


  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Perform accounting and bookkeeping duties.
  • Process invoices.
  • Credit card reconciliation.
  • Reconcile documents to a new system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Previous accounting experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to start ASAP and commit through October.
