Job Description

Appli​ance store in Honolulu is looking for a qualified candidate to assist their team while one of their employees is on a leave of absence. They are looking for someone ASAP to allow time to get trained.

On-site parking will be provided.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Kalihi, Honolulu, Oahu


$20 an hour


  • Place orders and modify existing orders for customers as needed.
  • Create and process sales in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory systems.
  • Greet walk-in customers and assist them as needed when salesperson is not available.
  • Assist with light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Handle all administrative duties for the sales team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
  • Perform data entry duties.
  • Report any unusual activity to supervisors.
  • Work with service companies to initiate and monitor warranty service requests.
  • Perform other duties as required.


  • At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or related software, and emailing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated with the ability to self-manage and take initiative.
