Job Description

Entry-level Office Assistant needed for a small growing technical equipment company. This role will assist the team with a wide variety of daily operating tasks such as answering phone calls, routing billings, and maintaining records. This position is seeking someone who is willing to chip in and help out with all sorts of tasks, someone that wants to be part of a team to get things done who is flexible and able to adapt to the ever-changing requests throughout the day.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$14 to $16 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain service tickets to completion.
  • Schedule and coordinate projects and staff.
  • Maintain all Maintenance Agreements and keep them current and serviced.
  • Assign each technician to be clocked into the appropriate cost center/project.
  • Order materials and process receiving, keep inventory control records, and handle returns.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior office/admin experience.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to follow through on multiple tasks with considerable attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of company staff and customers.
