Full-time, 7:30am-4:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$16 to $17 an hour


  • Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Invoicing orders to be delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Scheduling appointments for deliveries and coordinating with drivers.
  • Filing documents and maintaining organized records.
  • Assisting with other general office duties as needed.


  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in an office setting is a plus, but not required.
