Office Assistant (220996-05)The Office Assistant will support daily operations and is key to ensuring customers receive an excellent experience. Candidates for this role need proficiency in Microsoft Office and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hours
Full-time, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm & Saturday: 8:00am-2:00pm
Location
Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$18 to $20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Assist with customer cases, including tracking, updates, and follow-ups.
- Enter and process orders accurately in the system.
- Perform general data entry tasks and maintain organized records.
- Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
