Job Description

The Office Assistant will support the daily operations and is key to ensuring we provide our excellent customer experience. The work days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Weekdays are 8:00am-4:30pm and Saturday is 8:00am - 2:00pm.

Pay

$18 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with customer cases, including tracking, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Enter and process orders accurately in the system.
  • Perform general data entry tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
