Our client is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join their team and assist with answering phone calls, greeting in-person visitors, resolving administrative inquiries and questions, maintaining filing systems and performing other clerical tasks.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 to 5 years' experience in an administrative role, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
