Temporarily furloughed and looking for something short-term? Seeking an Office Clerk to cover for an employee on parental leave! A local business that specializes in custom window furnishings is looking for someone to start ASAP and commit for about 1.5 to 3 months.

Located in the Mccully area with free street parking nearby.


Full-time, M/T/Th/F 8:00am-4:30pm & Sat 8:00am-2:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$14 an hour


  • Answer all incoming phone calls.
  • Process and file customer records.
  • Track orders and notate backorders and ship dates on log.
  • Verify vendor invoice amounts with Purchase Orders.
  • Enter information onto Excel spreadsheets or Word documents.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.
  • Handle other duties such as printing and copying as assigned


  • Previous office experience required.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Able to start ASAP and commit for the full duration of the assignment.
