Job Description

Local textile production company is searching for an organized, task-oriented individual to provide general office support. For the most part, you'll be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, handling heavy data entry, scheduling deliveries, and processing invoices.

You'll work in the heart of Honolulu and enjoy full-time work hours. Parking will be provided

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience preferred.
  • Excellent typing (40 wpm minimum) and data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of Sage and Distribution Plus software beneficial but not required.
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
