Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Office Clerk to joint their team and help to manage various administrative tasks within the office. Duties include maintaining records, distributing reports, and answering phone calls.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and have strong communication skills.

Full-time, 8:00am-4:00pm

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Prepare forms, research, and verify information to resolve routine problems.
  • Organize and sort incoming correspondence, ensuring it is directed to the appropriate recipients.
  • Distribute reports and memos to the relevant parties.
  • Perform photocopying and typing tasks as needed.
  • Screen and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Undertake other general office duties as required to support ongoing business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
