Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Operations Admin Assistant to join their team through the end of this year, with the possibility of extension.

Their office is located in downtown Honolulu and parking is provided.

Pay dependent on experience and will be up to $28 an hour.

Hours

Part-time, Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm or 8:30am-3:30pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$28 an hour, Depending on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist with correspondence to legal team.
  • Handle event planning and coordinate registrations for upcoming convention.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, run errands, etc.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Must be sharp, adaptable and a team player, but able to work independently as needed.
  • Highly detailed, organized, able to multitask, good initiative and a good problem solver.
  • Must be able to start ASAP and commit through the end of the year.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and comfortable with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledgeable with Macintosh computers a plus, but not required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
