A local company is seeking a talented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This temporary position offers flexible hours, ranging from 4-8 hours per week, and will run until the end of the year. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the company website to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Create engaging social media content and manage platform communications to enhance our online presence.
  • Design eye-catching graphics for monthly newsletters to keep our audience informed and engaged.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings as required.
  • Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly to maintain effective communication.
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects as they arise, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in light graphic design and website maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visually appealing content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant social media platforms.
