Part-time, Monday - Friday, 2:00PM - 6:00PM

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$19 an hour

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Maintain common areas, including cleaning hallway floors and shared spaces.
• Grounds Maintenance: Pick up litter and debris around the site to ensure a clean appearance.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize a blower to clear leaves and debris from walkways and grounds.
• Pressure Washing: Perform pressure washing on exterior surfaces as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 15lbs regularly, with the ability to occasionally lift more when required.
• Miscellaneous: Complete other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is required.
• Attitude: Must be friendly, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Compliance: Must be able to strictly adhere to our company’s zero-tolerance policy.
