  • Process client service requests.
  • Maintain client files and records.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
  • Package and ship documents.
  • Manage office appearance, inventory, and equipment.


  • Previous administrative/office experience.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to focus on tasks.
  • Passion for working with and helping people.
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a wealth management office.
