A local non-profit in the health and wellness sector is looking for an Office Support Admin to assist with tasks such as processing payment, purchasing supplies, filing, travel arrangements, and managing office records.

If you have at least two years of administrative experience, we want to hear from you today!


Part-time, Monday to Friday, 20 hours, flexible


Honolulu, Oahu


$15 to $20 an hour


  • Organize and coordinate office administration to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
  • Oversee intra-office communications and task delegation.
  • Generate meeting agendas, record minutes, and update and provide feedback as needed.
  • Work with HR to maintain office policies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, program practitioners, service providers, etc. to ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Assist with process improvements and budget development.
  • Maintain executive's schedules daily, make travel arrangements, assist in planning and executing events.
  • Manage project staff calendars, project calendar of events and schedules.
  • Assist with financial management tasks including monitoring budgets, filing proper tax forms, and maintaining vendor information.
  • Assist with data entry with the guidance of the project manager and evaluator.
  • Assist with field work, which may include site visits, working outdoors, etc.


  • At least 2 years of office administrative experience with strong knowledge of office management and procedures.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interest in health and wellness.
  • Native Hawaiian language skills highly preferred.
