The Parts Manager is responsible for managing and organizing the inflow and outflow of parts inventory and distribution for the equipment rental inventory in an effort to meet the company's budgets for all parts/supplies expenses.

Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm


Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu


$22 to $25 an hour, DOE


  • Order rental inventory parts by working through the Point of Rental Software (POR) Purchase Order system with various vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor costs associated with the parts price and notify management of any changes with respect to price and availability.
  • Receive ordered items and check for accuracy of shipment.
  • Update the inventory count system in the POR when receiving items.
  • Label parts with their part number and assigned bin location.
  • Stock labeled parts to their assigned bin location in the containers, service, and repair area.
  • Match the invoice to the appropriate Purchase Order and ensure accuracy with respect to parts, price, and order quantity.
  • Conduct periodic inventory management for all bin locations and designated areas for specific parts.
  • Handle parts returns with various manufacturers.
  • Sell any unused or items that cannot be returned from the factory.
  • Monitor and reply to all email and text correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Close out shop work orders and ensure that all parts are recorded.


  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office as well as systems management software.
  • Ability to manually lift up to 25 lbs and utilize a hand-truck for heavier items.
  • Willingness to receive forklift and safety training.
