Payment Processing Administrator (199281-04)

A large local company is seeking an experienced Payroll Processing Administrator to assist them on a contractual basis. The contract will go for approximately 6 months with the possibility of extension. Contact us today to learn more about this opportunity!

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location

Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$23 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Support the department as the subject matter expert in all matters pertaining to payment functions, processes, and interfaces with banks and vendors.
  • Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Identify defects and areas of improvement related to payment products.
  • Analyze processes and workflows, create requirements, identify gaps, update and manage process documentation to improve department efficiency.
  • Develop training materials and provide training to process owners and end-users.
  • Create reports and graphs.
  • Assist supervisor with managing department's compliance controls.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in payment processing or similar experience; i.e. accounting, finance, banking operations.
  • Experience in project development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, assessment is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. SAP experience highly desired.
  • Ability to speak to groups of various sizes and teach simple to complex skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
