Payroll Clerk (ALTRES In-House) (197190)

simplicityHR by ALTRES currently has a full-time opening for a Payroll Clerk for our busy Payroll department. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be tasked with assisting our Payroll department in maintaining the efficient operation of payroll processing. Candidates for this position should be able to work in a dynamic work environment and be able to jump from task to task at a moment's notice.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Responsibilities

  • Process USPS mailings, FedEx, and all other types of delivery method.
  • Sort and package payroll per delivery instructions.
  • Ensure payroll department is fully stocked with all delivery supplies.
  • Provide assistance with storage items and transporting as needed.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate, ability to work with both Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust to abrupt changes in priorities and schedules.
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals).
