Pension Administrator (201080-14)

A local consulting and administration firm is looking for a detail-oriented Pension Administrator to join their team. The main responsibilities will include the daily administration of pension schemes, managing daily valuation investments, and advising clients regarding available plans.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in pension administration, but the company is willing to provide training for qualified candidates who are eager to learn.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$40,000 to $50,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of pension schemes.
  • Prepare trust financial, and government reports.
  • Maintain client communication, and provide timely and accurate information regarding their pension plans.
  • Manage daily valuation investments.
  • Assist other administrators, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pension administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of the benefits system.
  • Awareness of changes in tax regulations.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to prioritize work, effectively time-manage, and pay attention to detail.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required by company for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
