Personal Assistant (198555-5)

Seeking a Personal Assistant with QuickBooks experience for a business owner of a reputable construction management firm in Downtown Honolulu. This part-time role will be the executives' right hand person and assist with daily tasks such as maintaining schedules, taking notes, writing correspondences, filing important documents, and preparing monthly invoicing. This is a great opportunity with a convenient part-time schedule.


Part-time, Approximated at 5 days a week / 4 hours per day (8:30am-12:30pm or 9:00am-1:00pm)


Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu


$15 to $20 an hour


  • Maintain and update owner's schedule.
  • Coordinate appointments and appointment logistics.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.
  • Take notes and type up correspondences.
  • Scan and electronically file or forward documents.
  • Assemble and package monthly invoicing.
  • Run errands as needed.
  • Handle general office duties such as printing, copying, data-entry, etc.


  • College degree preferred.
  • QuickBooks experience a must.
  • Experience or interest in construction management and real estate preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a current valid driver's license.
  • Ability to comply with a business professional dress code policy.
