We're immediately looking for Pharm Techs in the Honolulu area.

You will be assisting Pharmacists with processing prescriptions, sales transactions, and filing insurance claims.

Hours

Full-time, 8:30am to 6:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$16 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Review and enter orders and patient information into the pharmacy computer system.
• Assist in the maintenance of pharmacy inventory.
• Perform sales transactions and assist in providing customer/medical staff with appropriate information about medications, health insurances and other health care related services.
• File insurance claims on paper and electronically.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a pharmacy technician program.
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with common Windows software programs and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to focus and pay attention to detail.
