Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach, interviews and skills evaluation to assess overall fit for client job opportunities.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms, including creating, updating and removing postings as hiring needs change.
  • Respond quickly to shifting priorities driven by client requests, candidate availability, and urgent staffing needs.
  • Manage a high volume of communication via phone, email, and text while ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.
  • Accurately document all recruiting activities, candidate interactions, and client updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive, and metrics-driven sales environment.
  • Meet or exceed recruiting and placement targets and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Stay highly organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term business success.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience.
  • Recruitment and HR background is helpful, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Must enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis.
  • Ability to think outside of the box.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and pleasantly over the phone and in person.
  • Task-oriented person with high initiative.
