Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay
$47,000 to $55,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, interviews and skills evaluation to assess overall fit for client job opportunities.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, including creating, updating and removing postings as hiring needs change.
- Respond quickly to shifting priorities driven by client requests, candidate availability, and urgent staffing needs.
- Manage a high volume of communication via phone, email, and text while ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.
- Accurately document all recruiting activities, candidate interactions, and client updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive, and metrics-driven sales environment.
- Meet or exceed recruiting and placement targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Stay highly organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to support long-term business success.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience.
- Recruitment and HR background is helpful, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
- Ability to communicate professionally and pleasantly over the phone and in person.
- Task-oriented person with high initiative.
