Full-time, M-F 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay

$21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Place purchase orders with vendors and generate purchase orders as needed
  • Order containers of products and schedule timely deliveries
  • Coordinate logistics for incoming shipments, including communication with mainland suppliers
  • Track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operations and supply needs

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in procurement, planning, or logistics preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business tools
  • Experience in distribution, supply chain, or related industries a plus
