Job Description

A local construction company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Admin Assistant to join them. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to project managers and staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project execution.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers and staff with various administrative tasks.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials.
  • Take accurate meeting notes and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls.
  • Attend site meetings as required.
  • Maintain project files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
  • Book rental cars and manage transportation logistics.
  • Perform occasional office errands, including driving when necessary.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for running errands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous.
