Job Description

A renewable energy company is looking for a full-time Project Ambassador to join their team. This role will oversee project administration and serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing professional customer support and keeping them up to date on their project status.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with two in-office days per week.

$21 to $24 an hour


  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers to keep them up to date with their project status.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure that the project is on schedule.
  • Schedule project managers for site inspections.
  • Schedule construction appointments with customers.
  • Provide administrative support including progress tracking, scheduling, and records keeping.


  • Prior project coordination, scheduling, or related experience. Previous experience in the solar or construction industry preferred.
  • Customer service oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
