Join the team of a reputable local contractor with over 30 years in business! The Project Coordinator will be crucial in overseeing the day-to-day administration of projects from start to finish. As such you will be tasked with duties ranging from organizing contracts to preparing closeout documents. The right candidate will have the opportunity to get trained and grow within the company.




Honolulu, Oahu


  • Organize contracts.
  • Put in submittals (state, federal, military/government).
  • Order construction materials and set up shipping.
  • Close out jobs by finalizing all necessary documentation.
  • Assist Estimator and Project Managers with paperwork processing and other related tasks.
  • Answer phones as backup.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Prior administrative experience required. Construction background highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Drive to learn and grow professionally.
