Project Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Manage planning projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project partners.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs.
• Supervise and mentor project staff.
• Review project documents for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare planning reports and environmental documents.
• Process land use permits and regulatory applications.
• Research and interpret planning codes and regulations.
• Lead project meetings and client presentations.
• Develop scopes of work and fee proposals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 9–10 years of planning experience, or 12+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing planning or land development projects.
• Knowledge of land use, permitting, and environmental regulations.
• Leadership experience supervising and mentoring staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
