Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 to $30 an hour

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily oversight and operational support.
• Perform essential maintenance and repairs to keep property facilities in top condition.
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks to ensure common areas and facilities remain clean and presentable.
• Handle landscape upkeep to maintain the exterior appearance of the property.
• Proactively identify maintenance issues and assist in resolving them efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, janitorial, or landscaping work is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Mandatory: Must be willing to undergo and pass a comprehensive Federal/State background check.
