Our client is seeking a Property Manager Assistant to join their team and support the day-to-day operations of the building, property inspections, administrative duties, and coordinating repair/maintenance work.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and strong communication skills.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Responsibilities

  • Assist with rental program.
  • Answer and respond to rental inquiries from tenants and applicants.
  • Assist to schedule and coordinate repair/maintenance work.
  • Assist with property inspections.
  • Maintain and update organized records.
  • Perform data entry and filing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
