Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and data submission efforts.
• Receive and respond to inquiries from providers and employees.
• Analyze incoming requests and direct to the appropriate team member.
• Coordinate the execution of provider agreements.
• Assist with initiating fee negotiation.
• Identify terminating providers.
• Support reporting requirements.
• Locate and provide copies of contracting files, fee schedules, and related documents for audits.
• Ensure processed contracting files, applications, provider correspondence, and related documents.
• Handle department phone calls.
• Log provider complains, appeal, inquiries, and outcomes.
• Assist with department projects.
• Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in provider services or in a physician's office, college degree, or a combination of the two.
• Knowledge of provider network management and credentialing requirements under URAC's Health Network accreditation module.
